The Flow

Here's how the session will flow: 

• Opening the sacred circle by connecting with breath, grounding + the invitation to energetically open to the other women in the gathering.
• Participating in a discussion about awakening: what it is, how it feels, where it may be leading you and why it's part of your soulful purpose.
• Reflection on how it may look and feel for you and what comes up for you in this process (even if you aren't sure you are experiencing an awakening).
• Space for optional sharing.
• How to deepen into the surrender and anchor into a lightness of being.
• How you can support yourself so that you feel connected to the higher vision of what's possible.
• Closing the sacred circle by connecting back with breath and releasing the energetics of the sacred circle. 

We will use breath work (gentle pranayama) and Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping to support the process (optional)

Given the nature of the gathering, there won't be replays.

The Context  

I’m a Personal Leadership Coach who has spent 25 years helping women step in and embody their most authentic sovereign selves. It’s the sweet spot of what I do and nothing lights me up more than co-creating the future with women who know they are destined for personal greatness and are willing to step forward --- even when they aren't sure how.

And btw, we are all destined for greatness. It's your birth right and your soul's knowing. Sometimes we simply need to believe that it's possible and find others who are walking their spiritual and soulful path to see that it's possible for us too. 

The women I work with are on a quest to live life on their terms - all the while pulling on the threads of their desires. It's no coincidence that you are here, right now -  being curious to your A W A K E N I N G, claiming your gifts and standing in your knowing in a way you may never have done before. 

There isn't an 'easy button' for this, but I believe this is a path that is worth the journey. And frankly, I think the more we gather, contemplate and acknowledge our individual and collective awakening, the easier it becomes.
