Ten years ago, everything in my life came to a halt.

Looking back, my life appeared to “check all the boxes.” I’d built a successful career as a chiropractor. I was married and had two kids I adored. My life was so full and more than anything I could’ve imagined for myself – but the reality was, it didn’t feel the way I needed it to feel.

I had accomplished what I always imagined success would and should feel like, and I did it all with the best intentions…

But in the process, I completely skipped over my relationship to myself.

My breakdown was quick, but my breakthrough took a lot of time, patience and inner exploration.

I’ve spent the last decade honing in on this ability to connect to my deep intuitive self and aligning my life to the truth of who I am.
